But we do not have such a good experience of online shopping, from which we sometimes buy cheap goods in the expensive or we sometimes become foolish by buying bad things in a cheap price.

Buyhatke was founded in 2012, by IIT Kharagpur graduates, Gaurav Dahake, Prashant Singh and Srikanth Sethumadhavan, Buyhatke started with their registered office at Kolkata, later operating from Bangalore. Started out with a capital input of Rs 2 lakh, and broke even a few months back

 Buyhatke’s creators aimed to make it the google for online shopping. Buyhatke works as a Price Comparison Portal. Although there are many price comparison portals but these are limited to one product or niche, some on mobiles or some on electronics.  But Buyhatke is across the spectrum and cover over 47 credible portals and buyhatke not only help the user do price comparison but also help him/her discover relevant products  This is what makes Buyhatke special.

BuyHatke scans close to 50 credible websites (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopperstop, etc.) and fetches the consumer the best deal.

Revenues of buyhatke come in via three streams, viz. affiliate, advertisements, and exclusive home age listing for retailers.

We must appreciate such a great and creative app.


Gaurav Dahake, Prashant Singh and Srikanth Sethumadhavan are inspiration for us and we get to learn a lot from these great figures.

  There is no lack of creativity and innovation in our country too and today Gaurav dahake and his team have proved this. How many such good and useful startups are emerging day by day and we are getting to learn a lot from them.  Hopefully, this startup called “Buyhatke” achieve more success in future.
